Turmeric Ginger Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp white peppercorns crushed
  • 1/4 tsp cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp mulling spices crushed
  • 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric root
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon creamed honey
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or dairy of choice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut creamer

Instructions
 

  • Throw all in the pot, boil on minimum heat for 15 mins
  • Strain
  • Optional - sprinkle with ground cinnamon or pumpkin spices for serving
