
Turmeric Ginger Milk
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp white peppercorns crushed
- 1/4 tsp cloves crushed
- 1 tsp mulling spices crushed
- 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric root
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon creamed honey
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or dairy of choice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut creamer
Instructions
- Throw all in the pot, boil on minimum heat for 15 mins
- Strain
- Optional - sprinkle with ground cinnamon or pumpkin spices for serving
