Pasta & White Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fresh Pasta Rec linguini
  • 2 tsp Garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 4 tbs butter half stick
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • ½ cup White wine
  • ½ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup Freshy grated Parmesean cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat
  • Saute garlic for 1 minutes=
  • Add salt, pepper, wine, butter and stir for 2 minutes
  • Remove from heat and toss with pasta
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan

Notes

Goes great with light meats like chicken or seafood
Can cook pasta for one minute less than directed and then finish the pasta in the sauce
If the sauce is too thick, loosen with a light broth like chicken or mushroom, low sodium or salt-free
Sauteed shallots make another great addition to this recipe
