♥️ Izzie's French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Each Brioche Slices (or any sliced bread)
- 3 Each Whole egg
- ¼ Cup Light cream (whole milk, or half & half)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs Ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbs Butter (or Butter flavored cooking spray)
Instructions
Directions 1
- Crack eggs into a flat bottomed mixing bowl
- Add cinnamon and use a fork, whisk, or mixer to blend egg until well mixed
- Add dairy, vanilla and mix well

- Preheat a large non-stick pan or skillet on low-med heat
- Melt butter and spread evenly on bottom of pan, or generously spray the pan
- Dip slices of bread on each side in mixture until well coated
- Fry the slices in the pan untili golden brown, approx 3-4 minutes on each side
Notes
- Best Served with real maple syrup
- Add 1 egg + 2 tbs dairy for every extra two slices. Add more cinnamon as needed
- Other spices can include nutmeg, pumpkin spice mix, allspice to adjust the flavor
- Add soft brie between or on top of slices for extra pizazz
- Add fresh fruits / fruit spread for another type of pizazz
- Add walnuts
