Brioche Slices
(or any sliced bread)

Whole egg

Light cream
(whole milk, or half & half)

Tsp
Vanilla extract

Tbs
Ground cinnamon

Tbs
Butter
(or Butter flavored cooking spray)
Instructions
Directions 1
Crack eggs into a flat bottomed mixing bowl
Add cinnamon and use a fork, whisk, or mixer to blend egg until well mixed
Add dairy, vanilla and mix well

Preheat a large non-stick pan or skillet on low-med heat
Melt butter and spread evenly on bottom of pan, or generously spray the pan
Dip slices of bread on each side in mixture until well coated
Fry the slices in the pan untili golden brown, approx 3-4 minutes on each side
Notes
Best Served with real maple syrup
Add 1 egg + 2 tbs dairy for every extra two slices. Add more cinnamon as needed
Other spices can include nutmeg, pumpkin spice mix, allspice to adjust the flavor
Add soft brie between or on top of slices for extra pizazz
Add fresh fruits / fruit spread for another type of pizazz
Add walnuts
