Instructions
Heat a small non-stick pan to medium-low
Add spices and roasted until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes (be careful not to burn).
Mix and store in a cool, dry space
For Tea
Heat up a cup of your favorite black tea; assam is traditionally used
Put 1-2 tsp (depending on your spice preference) in an empty tea bag and steep the spices with the tea ~5 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
Add your favorite creamy dairy product and sweetener to taste
