Whisk dry ingredients

Loosley mix buttermilk

Chop up and mix in chunks of butter, until batter is crumbly

Take dough and fold over itself 3-5 times (do not overmix)

Roll pucks of dough on to baking sheet

Bake at 450°F 10-12 minutes, until tops are golden
