Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heavy Cream

Tomato Puree

Garlic cloves

Instructions
In a large deep skillet or saucepan, melt butter. Sauté garlic/onions.
When butter foams, add bacon, and spices. Cook 2 mins.
Add vodka. Light vodka w/ match. Cook until all alcohol is gone, 5-10 mins
Add tomato sauce & cream. Cook 8 mins.
Add cheese gradually.
Prepare pasta as per instructions on the box for al dente, minus 1 minute
Drain pasta and combine with sauce
Let pasta finish cooking in the sauce, 1-2 minutes
Notes
Panchetta can be substituted with meaty bacon, bacon ends & pieces, or salt ham.
Tomato puree can be substituted with a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
